Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the invoice date.
To be eligible, your jewelry must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original condition
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Be accompanied by the original invoice
Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration cannot be accepted.

Refund Options
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, you may choose between:
- A refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for a future ZarSim purchase.
Approved refunds are processed within 72 hours.
If There’s a Manufacturing Issue
If your jewelry has a verified manufacturing defect, we’ll take care of it.
Return shipping, warranty inspection and any approved warranty service will be provided in accordance with our Warranty & Aftercare Policy.
How to
Request a Return
To begin a return or exchange request:
Step 1
Email your order details together with the reason for your return to: return@zarsim.ae
Step 2
Our Customer Care team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Step 3
Securely package your jewelry and send it to our Dubai office following the provided instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, return shipping costs will be covered by ZarSim.
