Does silver tarnish?

Like all genuine sterling silver, it may naturally develop a slight tarnish over time. This is a normal characteristic of real silver, not a defect. With proper care or professional polishing, its original brilliance can be easily restored.

Jewelry Care

Can I wear my jewelry while swimming or showering?

We don’t recommend it. Like all fine jewelry, prolonged exposure to water, chlorine and chemicals may affect the finish over time.

Can I wear my jewelry while exercising or sleeping?

To preserve its beauty, we recommend removing your jewelry before exercising, sleeping or any activity that may expose it to unnecessary impact or friction.

Will the plating fade over time?

Our seven-layer plating is designed for long-lasting beauty. With proper care, it will maintain its finish for years. Over time, normal wear may slightly reduce its brilliance, and professional refinishing can restore its original appearance.

Warranty & Aftercare

Does every ZarSim piece include a warranty?
Yes. Every ZarSim jewelry piece is covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including workmanship, stone setting and plating issues under normal use. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, excessive force or improper care is not covered.
Can my jewelry be repaired?
Yes. We offer professional repair and restoration services for eligible ZarSim jewelry whenever possible.

Can I exchange my jewelry?
Absolutely. Eligible products can be exchanged according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Can I return my order?

Do you offer custom-made jewelry?
At this time, ZarSim collections are produced using advanced Italian jewelry-making technology and are not available for custom production.
